All goods, including doors which are produced by workshops of the integrated plant are produced of wooden furniture panel. Depending on order, doors can be produced of different species of wood. The most popular species in Ukraine are as follows: oak, beech, ash-tree, alder-tree, maple, nut-tree. Nevertheless we can produce doors from more exotic wood kinds.
All details of doors are produced from furniture panel: leaves, supports, sole timber, middle parts. The choice of furniture panel as a source material is determined by the following reasons. During its “life” (and its “life” is rather long), a door undergoes mechanical impact, temperature and humidity drop. And only door made in accordance with the modern technology by gluing one-part or joined lamellas can stand the test on surroundings influence. It won’t be warped, splits or curves won’t appear on panels or supports.
Special equipment of the workshop allows to produce up to 50 doors for one working shift. First of all it concerns the doors of price range 80-400 dollars. More expensive doors (800-2000 dollars) with hand-made carving, bent arches, refined glazing, undergo quite a longer way from raw material to a finished good. Wood for such doors undergoes a special stabilizing preparing, each detail is tested on inner tension. All half-finished products undergo a special high-temperature vacuum processing.
